I heard on video live that someone got hit by a bus while he was walking to his jop at ihop.

I thought the purpose of public transportation was taking people to and from their purchase or work at bottom end commerce.
Has this changed? Are buses now focused on just taking out
the bottom end commerce sector? I'm unhappy anyone who walks to "ihop" is being targeted as it seems to me that with a
two percent ridership base figure the sporting thing to do would be spreading hits into the larger taxpayer group that finances it.
