it crept on ,with me,suddenly jackets were to tight,ones i had room in before,then after a while nothing fits.so does it take the same time for weight to come off as it did to go on?

It's easier to put on. Stop eating and start excersing.

It's much harder to loose weight than to gain it-you can gain 10 ponds ( or more) in month and lose like 1 in another month. That's why diets are popular people want to loose weight quickly because it's hard to loose.

Unfortunately it's a cruel World we live in, and it is'nt possible, I only have to look at a sticky bun and I can feel the weight piling on.

i wish no sorry its much easier to put weight on then it is to lose it it could take me two weeks to lose a pound and one day to put it back on i find losing weight very hard to do although ive cut down and do lots of excercise

no sorry it don't work that way,but my friends wished it did.it is just so easy to put on as the stuff for losing weight just does not seem as delious as naughty food.

the fastest way you can loose weight is to do durgery. BUT DONT DO IT! eat healthy and do regular exercises!!
