there is no easy answer to that one. We all feel that way at some point or another. If you feel like that you must step back and really take a long hard look at yourself and assess it fairly. What one considers bad another think its very good, so be fair and look at yourself without judgment.
If you still think you are not good enough...do something about what bothers you about yourself, even if you don't complete the task you will feel better...and remember no one is perfect..no one.
Good luck

Good enough for what? I sense you're fairly young and your fears about being adequate are very common at your age. Believe me when I tell you that even the most popular girl in school has fears of being inadequate. There will always be someone smarter, prettier, stronger, whatever, than you. But, by the same token, there are those who look up to you for being smarter, prettier, stronger, etc., than they are. Focus on your talents and strong points and evaluate which of your weaknesses are "fixable" (i.e., grades in school, physical well-being). Don't worry about the rest. As you get older, you'll realize what's really important is the inner quality of the person and not so much the outer shell.

Your not specific about your question. Are you saying your not good enough to be in a relationship with someone.Because if that's the case then your as good as you want to be to yourself. You have to love yourself and have confidence in what you want. If you feel that your not good enough for someone, then mostly likely their not good enough for you,or your passing off those vibes of how you feel about yourself and people have a tendency to pick them up.But if you show confidence in yourself, and know exactly what you want, it makes a difference how people relate to you.Never feel that your not good enough, you can do anything or be anyone you put your mind to.Work on your self-confidence,and go out there knowing someone would be glad to have you.

Maybe your so afraid that your not good enough because your past relationships or experiences have been so bad that you feel that it's your fault and it's not so don't keep on beating yourself because your going to end up pushing people away if you're not sure of yourself and nobody wants to be alone.

I don't know I think that is a question that you have to ask yourself. Why do you think you are not good enough? Has somebody broke your heart or something? You shouldn't feel like you are not good enough. It's the ones that think they are good enough have good things. We are who we choose to be!

Like the other person said, self-esteem problems. Build up your confidence! Do something you love and work at it your very hardest and when you succeed, your self-esteem will rise up a notch or two. That is how I felt but then I threw myself into riding and being the best person I can to my bf and I have gotten better at riding and my relationship w/ my bf has grown stronger. Good luck! :)

Follow your dreams and your heart. You can do anything you put your mind to. CONFIDENCE do this and you are GREAT
it is normal to doubt ourselves. Now you must conquer all .Being happy and proud of youself is the first step.

It's natural to be afraid of rejection, which is where your fear comes from. Remember, and repeat this...you ARE good enough and also remember that you don't need the validation of others.
