What is the going monthly lease for BMW in your market?

What were the terms of your deal?

I can get a 2007 BMW335i coupe with sports package and manual for under $43,000 + tax & reg.

On the BMW lease program, with $5,000 down with $457 month payment for 36 months.... is this a good deal?

This is a lease, you are not buying the car, but just the time to use it. I have owned BMWs and I can tell you either buy it or buy one used but buy don't lease. Listen to Dave Ramsey on the radio and what he thinks about leasing an auto

If I have been you i'd get the BMW M3 only because of the fact its lots nicer and greater subtle than a 335i. i became into 17 once I have been given my 2006 bmw m3 and its the kind of motor vehicle your by no ability gonna forget approximately. Too undesirable e92 m3 wernt out yet at that element in any different case I woulda of gotten one rather of e46. Yeah in any case get a coupe e92 m3 semi-loaded could value around low 60,000's + tax in case you've the money for it. or you are able to bypass 335i which isnt undesirable the two. truthfully relies upon what you like on a automobile. 416 horsepower is definately too lots for you yet you will get used to it is going to truthfully like I did haha. only verify you dont hit that interest mode button till you get used to that throttle reaction. Dont get discourage what human beings say, only force wisely and have exciting doing so ;) wish this facilitates - 335i isn't NA engine as mentioned above

$457 * 36 = $16000 + $5,000 down = $20,000 to have a car you can only use for 3 years, can't go over a certain mileage on, and have to fix any dents or scratches, and you don't own.

At the end of 3 years, they'll convince you to go for another lease, to avoid having to start over.

Leases aren't cost effective. If your objective is to drive around in more car than you can afford, they work, but generally you're picking up the expense of a car without the benefits.

They in turn will sell the car as a low-mileage BMW of recent years for $10k off, having already earned $20k from you.

I'd suggest buying and hanging on to it for a while.
