My Dr. reccommends about 35 ozs of whole milk a day. This is about 5 - 7 oz bottles. Also you may be giving her too much juice. 10 ozs has a lot of sugar. Try diluting the juice put about 5 oz juice and 2 oz water. If she is having plenty of wet diapers then she should be fine. If she has a lot of dry diapers this is when you should be concerned.

10 oz. of juice a day for a one year old is too much! Too much sugar early in childhood can lead to obesity and type I diabetes. Do not give your child more than 6 oz. of watered down juice (3 oz. juice and 3 oz. water) per day. Milk?? I give my daughter (18 mo.) as much as she wants; however, I cut her off within two hours of bed time so she doesn't wake up in a lake!
