I know that my spirit guide is there, and I talk to them all of the time. For example: when I have lost something, I will give the question to them to help me find it. Within a few moments, there is the item I am looking for. Or, I ask for inspiration on something and within a moment or so, I "hear" this quiet little voice whisper in my mind. Share with me your experiences.

well some say spirit some say guardian angel. its the same and i guess it can be true. i do believe in it and therefore i am glad you have one that you can talk to. its good for you and i am happy that you have found this. some of us aren't that lucky to have this yet or can hear the whisper in the ear yet.

The term spirit guide has many meanings. Some apply to mean any guidance from the spiritual realm. Others apply to mean a specific entity that guides you through a task or journey. I would suggest that not everyone has a specific entity following them around all day. If this is what you are experiencing the more common metaphor to apply is that of your Higher Self, not Spirit Guide.

I think it would be nice to have a spirit guide - kept wondering what animal would be best for it - but sadly I'm a scientifically literate realist and I know they don't exist.
All advice is internally generated.
Anyway to see your spirit guide you've got to take quite a bit of peyote, don't you?

My spirit guide is a NYC subway rat. Several times I have almost been electrocuted because of him.

If it is not the Holy Spirit of God, you are dealing with familiar spirits or evil spirits

i have seen several of my guides now and had them confirmed to me by other mediums who see guides
leviathan.. that is totem animals which are different to spirit guides
