Drink water all day long.
Eat six small meals instead of three large ones.
Have proteins, carbs in the form of fruits vegetables and whole wheat breads and grains, and a tiny bit of polyunsaturated or monounsaturated fat at each of those six meals. Even though your meals are very small, there are six of them and knowing you are going to eat again in two hours really decreases the need to snack. Look up recipes so that these six meals will be tasty and satisfying, I like books with recipes for the glycemic index diet or the south beach diet, even though I follow no specific diet. If you are hungry between meals drink water.
Excercise in a way that works different muscles every day. Upper body one day, lower body the next day. Also walk every day as much as you can. If you can park far away from the door do it. If you want coffee walk to the 711 or dunkin donuts.
Take a multivitamin every day.
Track what you eat on a free nutrient tracking program like fitday.com.

if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months. The stuff is amazing

This is what works for me.

Stick to a 1,200 calorie food intake diet
Burn 3,600 Calories + 1,200 Food intake calories Per Day

You buy a calorie counting watch. Wear it everyday so you can see how many calories you are burning and stay busy.
When you can see it in numbers the amount you are burning..if you come close you really will get up and do some exercise around the house to finish and to get to your total.

I went from 165 to 127 with this method.

I also stuck to the Lean Cuisine Meals. They have anywhere form 180 to 380 calories per box. Plus Fruit and raw veggies ontop of it. Water, Gatorade, Orange Juice and Milk.

One a day makes a daily vitamin now called All Day Energy..It gives you the same energy kick as Red Bull and its sooo much cheaper than spending almost $2.00 everyday for the red bull.

I also bought a bike stationary stand. Its cheaper than a stationary bike. You can lock your own outdoor bike into it and spin while watching tv or a movie. And if it warms up out side, I just pop it off the stand and take my bike outside.

Try also not watching so much tv..its like sleeping when you do..Instead..Turn the radio on or some music much more than you do now..Singing, and bouncing to the music will get you started..soon you will find yourself cleaning your house and picking up and not even realise it.

I also hear there is a great new aerobic in home course you can take called Zumba. Lots of fun.

It really doesn't take that much to burn those calories in a day. You just have to get up and move about all day. And you know what..if you burn those calories everyday total...You will sleep so much better.

Good Luck

Start with your doctor. Walk everyday at least a half hour and you can lose 20 pounds in no time, even weeks. Do not snack between meals. Eat healthy meals, fruit, sugarless cereal and milk or soya or toast/peanut butter for breakfast, salad with half a tuna/chicken sandwich for lunch and an apple, and a light but filling supper with chicken, fish, veggies, baked potato and use some of those great seasonings to flavour everything with...lemon/herb is fantastic on veggies/fish/potatos and avoid sugar and pop. Drink plenty of water, flavour it occasionally with Crystal light or lemon/lime wedges, and snack only on fruit like grapes/strawberries/celery/carrots, etc. You can allow the odd indulence of low cal dips etc. but don't overdo it. You'll lose weight in no time if you put your mind to it.

Try the accupressure diet. I swear...it works. Everyone I know that does it...loses weight really fast and the weight stays off.
It is a difficult diet for several months, but eventually...you do go back to eating normally but with new eating habits!
http://www.accuweight.com/
You don't have to do the diet throught this medical group...you can order the magnetic pressure beads online at
http://www.buyamag.com/acupuncture_pellets.htm
You can do it!!!! Good luck!

One step at a time....a reasonable diet and reasonable exercise. You did not gain all this weight in two weeks, do not expect to lose it that fast. Change your lifestyle, change your life....watch what you eat, get out and move. Not easy, but just that simple.

find an exercise or exercises that are fun for you -- if its fun, it's easier to stick to an exercise program; and try to stick to an 80/20 diet -- where you eat healthy 80% of the time and allow yourself to eat what you want for 20% of your diet

good luck!!
