it's is critical that you get your thyroid medication - you can take natural thyroid, rather than synthetic, but you must have it. Consult with a naturopath as to supplements that would help with your hair - you could also look into hair extensions while yours grows back in.

If you want a natural way then switch to Armour thyroid. Quite often the hairloss is because we need T3. Most doctors will put their thyroid patients on T4 and if you need both T4 and T3 the hairloss will continue. I switched to Armour thyroid from Levoxyl 3 years ago and the hairloss stopped. My hair actually started to grow back in the thinning areas. My eyebrows that were thinning at the edges grew back also.
I'll put some related links below

Natural remedies are fine, but you really need to be on a thyroid hormone replacement drug. There are few side effects from this medicine and it will reverse the effects of hypothyroidism. You will also feel much better and your hair loss should stop.

Making dietary changes is your first line of defense in treating hypothyroidism. Learn here https://tr.im/eWjGE
Many people with hypothyroidism experience crippling fatigue and brain fog, which prompts reaching for non-nutritional forms of energy like sugar and caffeine. I’ve dubbed these rascals the terrible twosome, as they can burn out your thyroid (and destabilize blood sugar).
1. Just say no to the dietary bungee cord. Greatly reduce or eliminate caffeine and sugar, including refined carbohydrates like flour, which the body treats like sugar. Make grain-based carbohydrates lesser of a focus, eating non-starchy vegetables to your heart’s content.
2. Up the protein. Protein transports thyroid hormone to all your tissues and enjoying it at each meal can help normalize thyroid function. Proteins include nuts and nut butters; quinoa; hormone- and antibiotic-free animal products (organic, grass-fed meats, eggs, and sustainably-farmed fish); and legumes.

I can tell you about a shampoo system that really works, i had hair loss due to a medical condition and started using the hair system called NIOXIN...it consists of a shampoo, conditiones and a scalp treatment you spray on after the shower and leave in. the scalp treatment helps bring blood flow to the scalp and also detox's the scalp and if it drips down onto your face or neck will leave a red line or spot that will dissapear. you can buy these products from a salon or a beauty supply store. but i am telling you , faithful use and it works.

Eat flax seed. My grandma had trouble with hair loss in her later years, which was a real trial for her, as she had kept her hair thick and lush and dark right up until she turned eighty. Her sister told her to try flax seed. Which she ended up sprinkling on most of her meals.
I saw with my own eyes, the hair start to thicken more on her head, and return to it's darker colour.
If you don't want to eat that much flax seed, you could always take flax seed oil pills, which are available from any health food store, or pharmacy.

I have the same problem. My solution is to eat the thyroids from one squirrel per week. I catch them in the yard (with a trap), dissect them, microwave the thyroid for 20 seconds, and eat the one-seventh of the thyroid each day. Doesn't get more natural than that!
