You are avoiding the two most important things to get the flat stomach. If you keep avoiding it you will never get it.You have got to make the choice then S T I C K it out.

Buy a hula hoop and keep it where it is easily accessible. Use it every time you have a few minutes to spare use it instead of grabbing a snack. It works only on your stomach, although use it too frequently and you could end up with a 6-pack!

find an exercise or exercises that are fun for you -- if its fun, it's easier to stick to an exercise program; and try to stick to an 80/20 diet -- where you eat healthy 80% of the time and allow yourself to eat what you want for 20% of your diet

You can do crunches while watching tv if that helps...but the key is sticking it out. You may consider getting a work out buddy, when you have someone working out with you it can keep you motivated.

same here my stomach is almost flat and it has never been far from flat but i just cant get it to go to flat i think my problem is i dont drink enough though!

it's just a pain for everyone you know. Probably stick to sit ups or you can buy them slimming belts but i made me want to vomit. good luck
