If you are serious about loosing the weight, dont spend the money on an over priced clothes rack.

Go to your local gym...I suggest Gold's Gym because they are very serious about what they do.

Get the maximum amout of meetings with the personal trainer.
and have fun doing it.
soon you will look like you should be on TV.

You can Lose 9 lbs every 11 days after you know these facts:

Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.........
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK........
You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.

Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.......
You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.

In fact, the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!

Get yourself an excellent diet which does not leave you feeling hungry. The Hay system is good, as it's a basic wholefood diet. The only complication is that you keep proteins and starches largely separate. this helps your energy and makes you feel livlier.

Don't count calories - you only feel guilty when you blow your allowance. Just cut out the non-nutritional junk, excess sugar and fat.

Buy a skipping rope and/or a rebounder. These are quite inexpensive. Build up your stamina and fitness gradually by setting yourself targets such as 150 bounces, 50 skips without stopping etc.

Get lots of other exercise in the fresh air too - walking, cycling, whatever you can find that you can do and enjoy. If it's a penance, it won't work!

Enjoy your day and keep moving!

This is what works for me.

Stick to a 1,200 calorie food intake diet
Burn 3,600 Calories + 1,200 Food intake calories Per Day

You buy a calorie counting watch. Wear it everyday so you can see how many calories you are burning and stay busy.
When you can see it in numbers the amount you are burning..if you come close you really will get up and do some exercise around the house to finish and to get to your total.

I went from 165 to 127 with this method.

I also stuck to the Lean Cuisine Meals. They have anywhere form 180 to 380 calories per box. Plus Fruit and raw veggies ontop of it. Water, Gatorade, Orange Juice and Milk.

One a day makes a daily vitamin now called All Day Energy..It gives you the same energy kick as Red Bull and its sooo much cheaper than spending almost $2.00 everyday for the red bull.

I also bought a bike stationary stand. Its cheaper than a stationary bike. You can lock your own outdoor bike into it and spin while watching tv or a movie. And if it warms up out side, I just pop it off the stand and take my bike outside.

Try also not watching so much tv..its like sleeping when you do..Instead..Turn the radio on or some music much more than you do now..Singing, and bouncing to the music will get you started..soon you will find yourself cleaning your house and picking up and not even realise it.

I also hear there is a great new aerobic in home course you can take called Zumba. Lots of fun.

It really doesn't take that much to burn those calories in a day. You just have to get up and move about all day. And you know what..if you burn those calories everyday total...You will sleep so much better.

Good Luck

A treadmill is a great way to exercise and burn up some fat. The thing is, the treadmill will do you no good unless you get on it and use it. You have to stick to a routine to see results. Check out this information on exercise and I hope it helps.

Don't just endure there! Do squats while cleaning your teeth, calf raises even though standing in line, or lunges while chatting around the phone.
