Depends on the breed. For most dogs, about a year old. For the giant breeds, like Great Danes, they won't be fully mature until 3 years old.

Around 1 year old or 1 and a half years old, depending on the type of breed a dog is.

Dogs are considered 'adult' at one year. They're actually able to reproduce before that time so schedule his neutering or her spaying by 5-6 months. Switch from puppy food to adult when your vet says (generally at about a year). Mellowing into adult confidence/behaviour sometimes takes longer . . . by age three they 'come into their own' and are pretty much the way they are going to be the rest of their lives. Small dogs will mature ahead of giant breeds - my comments are for average-size breeds.

All breeds of dogs grow at different rates.
I found this article on the web that might be helpful to you:
Puppies at different ages grow at different rates, and puppies of different breeds grow at different rates.
To estimate the size of dog your puppy will grow up to be, use the chart on http://www.peteducation.com/article.cfm?cls=2&cat=1651&articleid=1068. Find your dog's age, and then draw a line straight up until you find your dog's weight. Then follow the nearest curve or make an imaginary one and follow it over to 30 months of age. Read the corresponding weight for that age. This will approximate the weight your dog will be at adulthood. Remember, this is only an estimate.
Generally, an adult dog will weigh about twice as much as he did when he was 4 months of age; giant breeds will double what they weighed at 5 months. - http://www.peteducation.com/article.cfm?cls=2&cat=1651&articleid=1068

Depends on what breed you have, but if you want to breed your
dog, probably 2 years, that's the best min.
