Please, I need your help. Now I am engaged and Ilive in the US and he lives in India. I don't usually have a problem with long distant relationships until now. I don't ask for much from him. All I ask is for him to contact me once in a while. I know he is busy and so am I. I am In school to be a DVM (doctor of veterinary medicine) And It is hard work. It's harder than being a MD. I haven't heard from in a long while and I so pissed off. At least he could do is leave me a IM say "Hi" or something once in a while. I don't Nag and yell. All i ask is for him to let me know that he is still there. I just need someone to talk this out with because I and really mad right now and I don't know what to do.

Thank you

Long distance relationships are VERY hard to maintain. It takes BOTH people a lot of commitment to carry this through. I've know couples who've been married for a few years, to find that this is a most difficult time. Not necessarily the fidelity factor but the loneliness for each other.

If your fiance isn't staying in contact with you, you have a seious problem. Lovers want to talk with each other; especially when they can't be near one another. Something is going on at his end that I think you need to find out about. I personally, don't think it's good.

Well all u can do in such situation is that u call him up and tell him and warn him about how u feel and if this goes on our relationship might be in trouble but trust me long distance things are hard to work and even harder to mentain but still i wish u all d best and good luck or what u can do is write him a letter about how u feel and tell him to solve it thats the best way i can think of

I am with you on this one. Especially if your engaged! If this were reversed, meaning you were him, how in love would you be acting like this? Seriously? I feel and think not to darn much personally. You love him, and you miss him, and hurt from not hearing from him, why does he not have these feelings too? Gee, it's not like it takes a whole lot of time out of a day to tell someone you care. I do not want to sound negative, but I do want to be real. We can all make all the nice excuses we want, but it still boils down to the fact that your "gut" feeling is telling you this is not right. I think it's time to have a talk! Good luck to you..LOVE DOES NOT HURT!!!!
