The only food I have heard is chocolates and peanuts but there have to be more food Is it the food that causes acne ? or is it other cause

Food does not cause acne. It is caused by the staph bacteria. Some foods can aggrivate it but that depends on the person. The acne itself if because of the staph bacteria that trys to fight off the oil, dirt and grime that clog the pores.

I have heard of chocolate, but nothing else. If I was gonna take a guess I'd say greasy food. I know that drinking plenty of water will help with acne. There are other causes, too, though. Hormones are probably the number 1.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

Acne is not caused by food, but by the pores and glands on the face when they become clogged, you need a good face wash regime, try steaming your face to open the pores its very good, use a face mask, but wash your face everynight before bed so that the skin can rejuvenate and heal its self over night..
