Of course you will lose weight...but you will not keep it off and you might feel like garbage. You will be starving yourself. Apples are a great food...but hardly all you need. No protein at all. So add some beans or a little meat to the mix...and maybe a multi-vitamin. Extreme measure of weight loss are never a permanent solution and your body will suffer.

Unless you also take vitamins, that unbalanced diet will mean you will mainly lost your teeth. If you eat enough apples (at 100 calories each), you can even gain weight because they are rich in fruit sugars.

Those weird one-item-only diets are designed to make you so sick of eating that you cut your food intake. They are not a sensible food plan.

It's really bad for your body because you're not getting any other nutrients into your body. You should try the leancuisine diet! I lost 7 pounds in one week!
