It's gravity that causes this. Trust me, I know where you're coming from. I had to have sinus surgery when my last baby was little.
The best thing I can tell you to do is what my ENT told me to do.
Get a bulb syrenge just like what they gave your baby at the hospital to suck his nose out.
Mix 4 cups water with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking soda. Hang your head over the sink and using the syrenge, squirt the mixture up into one nostril. Repeat a couple of times and blow your nose.
It really will loosen things up in there and you'll rest much better.
I had to do this several times a day before and after surgery. It sounds gross, but it works!!!
Also, if you do this once in awhile durring cold season, you cut your odds of getting a sinus infection by a large bit. The salt in the solition will kill off bacteria.
Good luck!! Congrats on your new son!!! I hope you're feeling better soon!!

The air might be dry or you could have allergies. Often when you are really tired, your nose will just stuff up because you're worn out. Maybe spray some saline solution in the day, keep your room dust free (and carpet free, and no pets in the bedroom!!!) and vacuum out your air ducts all over the house and change your furnace filter twice yearly. If your house is moldy well you'll never get rid of that unless you move but maybe get a dehumidifier.

Your nose stuffs because everything drains to whatever side you sleep on. Stay healthy, take your vitamins, especially vitamin c, and get lots of rest...no easy feat but try.

The human nose switches off which nose is clogged from allergies or sickness, so you can breathe at night. The reason the side you lay on gets clogged is basically gravity. Make sure you blow your nose often its healthy and it might get all the mucus out.

the subject right here is you don't comprehend what he's telling his acquaintances. I fantastically advise you decelerate somewhat and not provide lots in a dating in view which you're commencing your self up for doing it in touch with something of your existence. Then sooner or later you would be posting right here asserting, he does not help with the home ordinary jobs, he does not take out the trash etc. I additionally advise you under no circumstances, ever circulate in with somebody and continually look after your independence. there's no longer something worse in the international than a woman being thrown out of the living house, in a wierd place and no the place to bypass. no you're able to make you experience like a fool and a failure. those are emotionially thoughts and you have entire administration of your thoughts. Be grateful this dating is over because it provides you with sometime to seem interior your self and mend from this and bypass on with existence.

Yes, it's gravity. Besides using a humidifier, you can make a cheap nasal spray, by boiling water and adding some salt. Put this in a spray bottle, let the mixture cool, and you can sniff it, then blow your nose to clean out the mucus and catarrh.

You have a sinus problem or allergies. Use Sudafed before going to bed. Be sure your room is dust free and try using a hypoallergenic pillow or pillow cover. Be sure you run a humidifier in that area to keep the air moist.

Get some breath right strips, they will help if it bothers you at night. It is caused by gravity, but the strips will hold your nose open so you can breathe better on your side.
