Anyone who opens themselves up and freely gives their body to other spirits is at risk. That's why there are precautions that you should take beforehand.

What peoples don't understand is that you can't be possess, by any one if you don't which nor need to be posses, though if you are there is a benecit to scape unarms, from your posesor?, and you can achieved that, if you really are nder some kind of let say spell, just to confuce your possessor! Know this isn't whichcraft, but more than that, but the word if I print it, in here will scare whom ever is in control of you( so if you which keep that ghost, isn't deatH!!!!, and they don't like to ear tyhat word?, know do you see what I'm doing?, can you understand?. some how tell me, if I have touch your senses in some way. it's all about six senses, and not the sixth sense right?, because the sixth sense becomes while you have taking control of all your actual 5 senses adn control then by learning the amount of potential and diferent amouth of power they can eschange with you help to help you to recreate the sixth sense, which to the no-physicaly-formed, it may be a way of becoming a superior living being, in the material world maibe like you maibe like me?<> you are save, though someone need your help?, me that is find, I will gide you? though help-me.

LOL at "sixth sense". Once again, science is two steps out in front of fantasy: we have seven real senses. The two you apparently are unaware of are the vestibular sense and proprioception.

There's no such thing as "ghosts" and no-one can communicate with dead people. Those movies are simply fiction.

Wow, what a very interesting question. I'm not all that superstious, nor do I believe in ghosts. But everything you asked could be possible. Are you sure about you being one of those people? I know you wouldn't be posting this if you didn't have any experiance, but I'm not completely certain!

i have been working with spirit for years and know many others who have and not once have we been possessed by spirit
spirit may come close and pass messages on ... but they respect us and there is only one spirit per body , so possession technically cant happen

The basic answer to your question is "no." The idea of a "sixth sense" is a cooked up thing to explain why someone is more spiritually attuned than someone else. The idea of a sixth sense seems to be a natural extension of the five senses by which we experience and learn our world. So, someone decided we needed to label how we experience and learn the spiritual realm. Now, as to possession by ghosts: There are not such thing as the disembodied spirits of persons walking around or taking over someone's life. What is happening is that people exposed to demonic practices, whether through accepting someone else's definition of spirituality, playing certain occultic games, or whatever, openes themselves up to demonic responses. The Bible, and many other books, suggest that upon death a person's spirit goes to judgment and final placement for eternity whether in heaven or hell. So, the supposed apparitions are more likely projections onto a willing mind that such things are occuring. For example, an illusionist begins telling a story while moving at a measured pace across a stage. His voice, tone, and demeanor draw the audience into his "spell". Why are they drawn in? Because we get bored and we look for excitement. Because we are willing to suspend our own reasoning faculties for a few moments of seemingly harmless fun, we get drawn into the speil of the illusionist. Using lighting, voice, tone, and setting a mood, along with skillful slight of hand and deception, he makes his assistant vanish right before your eyes. Because you do not know how his trick is done you are astonished and amazed and you are out $20 - $50 bucks for the show.
There is a spiritual realm or we would not as a human species try so hard to contact it. Somewhere in our very DNA is a desire to experience the "other side", perhaps hoping to find a way to cheat the inevitability of death. So, we conjure up ideas, test them, and toss them away. Someone comes along who can spot our weakness, and they exploit it to their advantage. The person who says they are a "medium" always requires someone else's validation which means someone planted the idea in their head. Seeing demonic figures, apparitions, and supposed ghosts, is often a marker for someone who needs to feel special, powerful, and unique. Sometimes these things are the subconscious crying out "help me" I don't feel special. This is operating out of a self-induced need for validation.
Am I saying that people do not see, hear, and experience spiritual beings? Absolutely not! Human history, as well as Biblical history indicates that God reveals himself to people, sends angelic beings to minister to them, and even Christ delivered individuals from demonic possession. The key words are "delivered from" indicating demonic possession wasn't giving them what they had expected but was rather ruining their lives. There are certainly positive spiritual experiences as well as negative ones. How do you tell the difference? You have to have an objective standard by which to measure such things. You have to have a standard that exists outside of your own experience. Your experience, by itself, is not broad enough to allow you to rise above the self-deception of inherent pride with which we all suffer. The Bible is just such an objective outside standard provided by God, the ultimate outsider with a perfect purpose, to reveal what is true, what is right, what is deception and so on. The Bible speaks of mediums, witches, sorcerers, and so on and condemns their practices because they all mislead, use deception and trickery to fool people into believing things that aren't true (both the practioner and the person that seeks them out). When a demon possesses an individual it does it by increments and by invitation. But, once in, they supress the self and take over. This is a corruption of what God does when you invite the Holy Spirit of God to come into your life. The Holy Spirit does not eradicate your identity, he develops you awareness, gives you descernment (wisdom and insight that are above normal human capabilities). Demonic possession is a counterfeit of what God does and leads to destruction. God's work through the Holy Spirit removes your need for outside validation and internalized your true worth to God. You don't need to see "dead people" or have them speaking through you to gain self-worth. Ask Jesus into your heart, confess your need for him, ask for the new birth, invite the Holy Spirit to dwell in you, and allow him time to change you into the person of worth you really are. Take care and hope this helps in the discussion.
