It depends on the situation and if I had interest. If I knew the girl or thought that I would see her again, I might just play it cool and not ask her out right away. Sometimes the chase is more fun than the catch, and some guys enjoy being chased.
But if I met her in a social environment (party or a club) I would start a conversation and see where it lead. Never let an opportunity pass...

i'd have my interest perked. But I dont know if I'd automatically asked her out.
that's because someone telling me I'm cute doesnt translate into "I like you". ya know what I mean?
I mean if I was to know more about her and let her know what's up, then maybe.
but just because a chick says "you're cute" doesnt mean taht I'm going to give her my digits or ask her out.
I mean, what if she is just a psycho? or is really really clingy?

no i get that alllll the time by girls and i dont think they want to date me they just think im cute theres a difference between being cute and being datable.
