Hey blue roses,
There is great site where you can get some ideas:
http://www.turkishlanguage.co.uk/
However, at your present level,Turkish can prove too complicated for writing a letter.

Why don't you write a draft in English and post it here for translation?

If you already know what the person speak (The language), I have a very helpful website that teaches basically every language. If you want Spanish, French, etc. It's all present! I hope you find what you're looking for.

Don't be silly. Write your friend in English. Use only few words in Turkish such as Hello,Till next time, Love you,Your friend.that you can take from any dictionary.

But if you will be stubborn to write in Turkish it is most probable that your friend will think you know Turkish which is not true.

You are going to have to learn the language. Although you may be able to translate the words, it may not be grammatically correct.
