I feel people should research the residents before they move in a Home are a Apartment or combo?

The reason for this is because someone could had die are some people was murder there, it's best to know the historey before you move into any place.I have sit and talk with family and teen online Let me tell you about a family member. they bought a car it was not even 6 month old . this happen 9 year ago the car was new it was cheap. they went out to party the night away and when they park the car it was 5 people in the car, and they park the car and lock it. and one of them look back and seen two head looking right at them, from the car she touch her friend and he said look and he said what the , they start running they were scared they told. me the face they saw it look like some had shot half of ther face off, they thought there eyes were playing tricks on them. just to make sure they easy back and took another look .and there was nothing there they were to scared to drive the car. so they call a cab. and the next day he call the owner they told them two was murder

Spooky, perhaps your are right, but ghosts can't harm you, unless you allow your fear to get out of hand. Be more afraid of live people around you.

Yes, I believe they should. I lived in an apartment back about 5 years ago. The landlord hadn't said a word about the people living there. I SOON realized what type of parent the mother was. She would yell and scream and constantly beat her kids. I heard her one morning yelling to her daughter so she wouldn't miss the bus, "Fuc*in' Run!" at the top of her lungs! I called the police many times on her. And now, my neighbors downstairs are a pain in the as*, they decided to turn against me after we'd been friends for almost a year. My landlord had described them as a "nice family." Yeah, right.
