There are many types of so called yoga and meditation!
To simply allow yourself a set time everyday, completely uninterrupted by anything (phones, children, spouses, work, other thoughts,etc....) and to dwell SOLELY on God our heavenly Father and Creator is meditating. sitting up or lying down, in yoga position or not. Just to allow all your being to focus on only the giver of the light of the world , Jesus Christ.
No moanings, or humming or any other sounds are needed, just quiet .
AND the peace that passeth all understanding will fill your heart beyond any measurable means.

Namaste is a form of greeting used by Buddhists and Hindus. Loosely translated it means the divinity within me acknowledges the divinity within you.
