Headache may be a symptom, although the headache itself does not necesarily mean that you have a neurological problem, or other neurological symptoms would be manifested as well, such as inhibition, disorientation, and the like.

What you most likely have is either an inner or middle ear inflammation, and the possibility that it may be infected by a bacterial pathogen is not far from likely. I highly recommend you see a physician, and ask him/her (probably they would do it already, but just to be on the safe side) to take fluid samples from your ear and perform a microbiology screen--this means that culturing of samples will be performed to see if any bacteria is present inside you ear, which may be causing the infection itself.

Don't bother so much about meningitis, because, believe me, you wouldn't have been able to ask that question way before something happens detrimental to you. Most likely cause of that ear infection is Streptococcus pneumoniae or Haemophilus type bacteria, although other bacteria are possible. For now, do not do anything to agregate your inner/middle ear, and if your headache becomes unbearable, try taking analgesics/acetaminophen (like tylenol) to relieve the pain.

Hope this helps!

You have an ear infection. Go to the Emergency room, walk in clinic, and/or get a hold of your doctor. Since you have white junk coming out that means your ear drum has perforated.
If you do not get this treated with antibiotics now you may suffer permanent hearing loss. Not to mention the possibility of cranial meningitis. This happens when an infection invades the cranial cavity that holds your brain! Which of course can cause irreversible brain damage if you live and/or death!
Sinus infections and ear infections are nothing to ignore, I know this from personal experience.
