You will have to go to the consulate of the Philippines and register your marriage certificate or license with them. Then they will sent it back to you and you then need to get her passport change to have the correct name. Call or go to her countries Consulate or Embassy. It is really up to her government how her passport is recognized there as you are married now. I just finished this process. It is not a big deal but you need to do it. Otherwise you will be stopped either by her county or ours coming back in. The names have to be the same on the passport and green card. You understand also that if she has been married for three years to you she can with her green card she can apply for Citizenship. She will not have to wait for the regular five year period. Check out the www.uscis.gov for more details. Good Luck ... remember to register your marriage with the Philippine Consulate or Embassy

we are at the moment coping with Imagration for my spouse's Visa software for figuring out to purchase into into the united kingdom for indefinate go away to stay from u . s . of america - they are very nosey and that i does no longer be suprised if this grow to be known, yet oftentimes they dont call, they oftentimes write an good letter. i'd be careful and make certain that it fairly grow to be imigration. also, the hot guidelines for using for a passport are that any new passports issued (it is, no longer to someone who has had one in the previous) is oftentimes difficulty to an interview done through an good HM Imigration service Officer. Thats the way it fairly works in the united kingdom and that i does no longer be suprised if its simillar in the different u . s ..

Send her passport by FedEx to her embassy and ask them to stamp it. They have a special stamp for cases like yours: "Matrimonial name of the bearer is...." Then she will show the passport, the stamp, and it will be OK.
Contact her embassy for more info.

To avoid any problems, go to your local immigration office and ask there. They can give you the best advice, on what to do.
