What I like to do when going out for Chinese with friends is to have everyone chip in and order "Dinner for ?" (however many are in your party.) That way everybody gets to try different things. Sometimes if you call ahead the restaurant will add more variety if you have a larger group.

For myself, I like spicy - Hot and Sour soup, Schezwan Beef and veggies, fried rice.

Shrimp fried rice, wun tuns, anything with duck, and I didn't read the whole menu, but get some lo mein if they have it.
