why is my brohter acting like my dad?

hes only 19 and hes drinking, and being a total asshole to me and my mom....he even made her cry a few days ago.

If your dad is out of the picture, your bro is trying to fill the shoes dad has vacated. You and your mom and your bro need to sit down and talk this thing out. try to keep in mind that he is doing what he feels is best for the family no matter how far off base he is.
