I'm going to let you in on a secret. It is not all about looks. Some guys I've known that maybe you would consider ugly are the smartest, nicest guys I've known. And some of the best looking guys are the biggest jerks. Maybe this "out of his league" girl is smart enough to not be superficial and look at all he has to offer. And here's another secret, as a girl gets to know a guy and like his personality and like how he treats her he gets more and more attractive and handsome to her.
The guy I have liked the most ever I was not even remotely attracted to in the beginning.

What league? Some people just don't have a taste for fashion and clean up well. And ugly guys can be cool too. Besides why would he want to be with a girl who is all about her anyway. I hear whinning.

I even have seen each and every thing you assert, additionally seen a solid looking guy with a fat woman.. i think of the stable looking women human beings become uninterested in being dealt with badly. Is why you notice that happening. somebody seems stable that dont advise they're superb. some issues human beings like approximately others we dont see. There is no such thing as "out of league". We are all human beings and it is not up to us to determine why a person is with someone and why they are dating. You will never achieve anything if you do not try. They might get the girl they are looking for. Instead of judging, we should be encouraging.

Perhaps because he's reached a level of maturity (that's not apparent in your question) at which he knows that superficial appearances matter far less than character, trustworthiness, kindness, being fun to be with, and many other more important factors.

Im a good looking guy, but i give credit to the guys that try to get the "hot" girl. If you got a good game going you can hook up with any chic you want, its all about your game and what comes out of your mouth, if hes confident thats all it takes, although 95% of guys arent and they are wussies. :)

One part is Genetics, we strive for the best mate we can get.
The other part is human emotions, we maybe attracted to someone with no regard to "league".
