I know that a ring on the second last finger on the left hand means married. But I was talking to a young lady some years ago and she told me what each finger means a different thing/circumstance when there is a ring on it (Hope you can understand)

On the continent the wedding ring can be the same finger BUT on the right hand. Confused the heck out of me for a while..

never heard of anything like that in my life
i wear my 3 rings on 2nd left finger and 2 on 3rd left finger
and 2 on 2nd right finger and 2 on 3rd right finger,
the only ones that mean anything are on my wedding finger

If I've got a ring on any other finger that 3rd finger left hand it usually means my wife has taken sleeping pills on top of alcohol!

ive never heard that. i only have heard that you wear a wedding or promise ring on your left ring finger because of the vein that leads to the heart
