Sons of Confederate Veterans...how do I join?

I need someone who could help me with joining the Sons of Confederate Veterans. I just need jump start.

First you must have a documented ancestor that was a confederate soldier. Then go to the USCV's web page and print the membership application.

I would also recommend that you do a search on the SCV Home Page for a camp in your area. Then you can contact the camp commander and he can help you get your papers in order.
