I've always been the party type of guy, recently I met this wonderful girl that is in her first year of law school. I like her so much ive pretty much stopped going out completely, she doesnt really like going out because she has to study every day which is understandable. Sometimes I like going out though with my guy friends, maybe once or twice a month, if even that and we always seem to get in a big fight about it. She doesnt see the point in going out but I enjoy being social. I have every intention to stay with my girl regardless but its just difficult because I feel like im sacraficing so much sometimes and she should just relax and let me go out for a while... Any advice or thoughts?

it's a matter of accepting you for what and who you are.. and its a matter of TRUST.. like being comfortable in each other's skin... generally you dont have to quit being a party guy.. there are some improvements or changes that you do because of her.. i know you're trying to please her for this.. but leashing you and telling that you will never ever go out w/ your friends that something different... both of you have to talk... trust is important in a relationship.... you have to compromise on things.. so that your relationship can go on smoothly... tis like sharing both of your worlds... being a party guy and her being in law school.. you both can learn from each other.. you can even teach to loosen up a bit.. i know law school is pretty tough.. and she can also show you her law world.. Ü like getting the best of both of your worlds... Ü goodluck.. hope this works... communicate w/ each other...Ü

Being with someone shouldn't mean you have to feel like you are sacrificing your life. If you aren't ready to give up partying, then this girl is probably not for you.
