i do most of the times in strong sun...
basically i
a- drink more water it re-hydrates ur body when u lose sweat in the sun (dehydration is similar to a hangover)
b- wear sunglasses, for me it means the sun isnt so bright on my eyes and i dont hav to squint so much
c- wear a hat so your head isnt over heated, also bring protection yo your face
