I think that is very funny. I used to drive a full sized pick up (with an extended cab) and now I drive a jeep. I didn't like the pick up because of the light rear end. It slipped around corners (fishtailed) when the roads were wet, and forget about it in the snow, even with 4-wheel drive. Before that, I drove a K5 Blazer (the old ones that were big and square like). I LOVED that truck. I'm a girl too, btw.. and I love trucks. Do realize though, the bigger the truck/engine, the more gas you will have to buy.
Also, though the vehicle may be bigger, you are really left with inside the cab (as far as personal space). You may feel it is actually smaller than your jeep. You will be limited to the number of passengers you can have and will worry about the cargo (whatever you may have in the bed)... unless you buy a cap or a cover.
Lastly, when you have a pickup, everybody wants you to help them move or go to home depot. I would vote against it unless you have a specific need for one. I don't think you will feel you have more room.

Ah i believe people should only drive what they need to,,, we need to remember that what we need and what we indulge ourselves in should remain controlled, yes I'm another person going out and rambling on about climate change again,,, it is up to us,,but if you got a bigger pick up with lower harm full emission's being pumped out your only doing better,, but if you just upgrade so you can stretch your legs a few more inches while pumping out load's more harmful gases it wouldn't be called for. as for a girl driving a big truck iv seen females driving long haul giant 5 bedroom in the back trucks,,, i think ya would be grand once ya got used to the size of it

The best transportation for you is whatever you want. Lots of girls drive pickups, probably more than drive Jeeps. Test drive several and decide which one fits you best. Don't let what others might think effect your happiness.

It's totally up to you. I personally like driving cars, but my wife loves her trucks. She drives a Tundra Double Cab right now (4full-sized doors full-sized pickup) and she absolutely loves it. It all depends on you, what you like, what you're comfortable with and what you can afford. The fact that you're a girl shouldn't have any impact on what you want to or can drive!

Get a Nissan Frontier 4 cylinder. Take this as you're warning... gas prices will hit $3 this summer and won't come back down like they did before the elections.
