One thing that has helped me a lot is to lay on a bed flat on my back, tighten all my muscles to hold it for a minute, and then, release all of your muscles. Do this several times. Then, focus all you attention on to "sinking" into the bed. Imagine that you are falling into the bed beginning in your center and then, all the way to you head and feet. This is usually relaxing. Believe me that I am one of the worst about stressing.

It doesn't hurt to take a nice warm shower or take 10 to 15 minutes breaks between doing stressful activities. Sometimes, just a change of environment of activity can reduce the monotonous stressful situations.

When I'm stressed, which is just about everyday, I got for a walk or go to the gym. I usually listen to my MP3 player and get my work out on. And that will reduce my stress. This also gives me time to think about everything.

Try to discover the sources of stress and try to eliminate them if possible. If not, try to relax by deep breathing, yoga and exercise. Reiki will also help you. Kali Phos a Schussler's Tissue Remedy and B complex vitamins are also good stress busters.

Meditation is another good way for stress reduction. Prayer is another effective means.
