Jesus said it best those who sin against him can be forgiven but those who sin against the holy spirit will not be forgiven. Fundamentalists are sinning against the holy spirit.
They say they are Christians, then vote for War.
They say they Love the creation the are Stewart's of then they vote for people who help people dump toxins into it and destroy it.
They say they love the poor then vote for people who spend more on weapons each and every year then they do for programs to uplift there brothers.
you can tell a tree by the fruit well there fundamental roots are evil.

You are correct to say that the greatest enemy so to speak is the so called Christians that put their own rules into religion. Not everyone who claims to be Christian is. The most vocal often times are not true Christians but people out for their own personal gain. This is not always the case. Some very vocal Christians are misguided. The advice to not turn others away from Christ by the way you live you life does not seem to sink in with them.....large churches look good and may in fact be good but could also be what I call feel good congregations that only tell those in attendance what they want to hear thus many come but they do not hold up the true values and teachings of Christianity. It is a struggle to find the true Christians. It has been said the road is wide and many will travel it but only a few will enter through the gate. just some thoughts on this Saturday morning.

The devils are the real enemy. They use many weapons. They start by getting us to doubt God's Word. To believe only part of God's Word. They also tell you that there aren't such things as the devil or evil. Or to follow your spirit guides. Or to believe that we can become god. Or the best one yet, that we are evolving and the next step is to evolve into a spirit being!! The devil will do and say anything to keep you from knowing the True God.

Bad people who belong to a religion do much more harm to their own faith than anyone else.
An excellent example is the way Muslims are often perceived by non-Muslims. Even if the majority of Muslims are decent people, a lot of Jews and Christians are more concerned about the fanatics and terrorists.
My wife is Hindu. Hindus were forced out of the state of Sindh because it became part of the the Muslim government of Pakistan in the 1940s. My mother in law managed to escape Pakistan under fear of death and rape. Muslim neighbors actually helped her by saying "you could pass for a Muslim" and gave her Muslim style clothes to wear. My wife's family is still distrustful of Muslims to this day, the bad memories completely overwhelm the memory of the kindness of her Muslim neighbors.
Christians are still trying to live down their own history of violence, genocide and slavery. For the most part, I think it's working. But, some conservative Christians in the USA seem to advocate some pretty radical things and that scares some other folks who don't agree with them.

The enemy is in us. We choose what we have faith in, money, government, science, or God.
The enemy is that little voice that holds you back when you would really like to accomplish something. It's that little voice that tells you it's OK, go ahead, it's no big deal.
Faith is the core of every living being, atheist or other. It is where we place this faith that makes us who we are, and it is the enemy that tries to keep us from becoming who we should be.

The objective of an enemy of God is to cause division and doubt. The enemy of God's ultimate goal is to kill, steal and destroy everything God has created. More than one label can fall into this category. Here's an interesting fact...the enemy is the opposite of God therefore the enemy is not a creator...unable to create anything...just uses what already exists to manipulate a counterfeit trying to cause doubt in believers.

The real enemy of God is not atheists. We don't wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Ephesian 6:12
The real enemy of God is Satan and his well equipped army of evil spirits, familiar spirits, demons and fallen angels. These spirits can enter into people and take over the body but the person doesn't last long before total destruction comes. Satan and his group comes to kill and destroy. Ephesians 6 tells us about the whole armor of God and what we need to stand against Satan's group. You will find the Holy Bible God's most valuable asset for you. Jesus used it 3 times against Satan, "It is written" and it worked 3 times.

it is elementary to p.c.. up the Bible, study a area, then sit down again and sweetness why God is so wrathful. Like many different issues, the Bible is an amalgamation of training, and each and everything that occurs must be taken in context. The activities you study aspect humanity's punishment after the autumn. existence after Adam and Eve is a circle of trial to loyalty and faith.

God would have to exist in order to have enemies. Atheists don't really do much to turn people away from God, but we still seem to be having a good effect. In the US, percentage of secular people is growing.
The greatest damage to faith is reason. Faith is just wishful thinking based solely on emotional grounds. Once you get people to think for themselves instead of just following religious leaders, they have less need for faith. Faith is really just a default position in the absence of evidence.
