Can't burn 4.48 gigs onto a 4.7 gb dvd?

Question

I ripped and shrunk a movie and it came out to be 4.48 gb. I use nero express and I'm not sure why it won't let me burn this to a blank dvd of 4.7 gb?

Still probably not enough room for TOC files! Do a little more trimmin!
