Well. since I have no idea as to what type of foods you like I cannot give you a very good suggestion. You should try being more specific. However, I will tell you what I am having for lunch! I am having a chicken sandwhich on homemade white bread using the leftover roast chicken I made last night. For a side I am having wild rice pilaf, and for dessert I am having a profiterole (sort of like a cream puff). It's gonna be good!

For Sunday lunch have something unconventional, and wok a stir-fry of vegetables, noodles and chicken strips, all soaked in a mild Chinese stir-fry sauce! Quick to prepare, crunchy and nutritious, and can be perfectly accompanied by a cold white wine
For dessert, a fresh fruit salad with creme- fresh. Enjoy!

I had a cheese and tomato sanwich with mustard on seeded bread and an apple. I washed it down with a cup of black tea.
It was very tasty and I would highly recommend it.

Buy a french stick and a pack of ham. It's cheap and you will have enough for at least three days. Oh yes and maybe a can of diet coke?
