The guy is too cute but well he banged his head against the wall for not asking her out, then had a snack while watching TV and still thinking...! Should he wait for another chance? Would she look for someone else?

The worse thing that could happen is the person says no. At least you're not insecure or scared to find out if you have a chance. Plus, confidence is attractive.
