I'm a beginning photographer that loves taking pictures in black and white and I currently have a Nikon Coolpix 4600 Digital and I know my settings and how to take pictures, but I want to take Myspace Worthy photography and I need some ideas for good angles, adjustments, locations, and tips and tricks to make my photo come out the best it can before I edit it. Thank You!

practice. Go to a photography museum, and look at what others have done. try to figure out how they did it. Or go to a bookstore, and read. Find what you like, and explore. It is the nature of the art to explore. There are no rules you can't break. So, don't worry, have fun.

Hi Matthew,
If you're interested I've just started a myspace group that's geared toward young/beginner photographers, maybe you'll be able to find some good tips once the group gets rolling.
