Okay, here's the thing. He is 14, and I am 13, and we are not really friends. I mean, we know each other exist, but he has his own group of friends and I have my own group of friends. At the recent Valentine's Day dance at our school, he asked me to dance to one of the slow songs. I accepted and now it's like nothing ever happened. I really like this guy and he is hot, in my opoion. I dont know if he has a girlfriend and I really want to ask him if he would be my boyfriend. They're are rumors going around the school though, they are about me, and they arnt to good..... I think he might say no to me because if the rumors. But, who knows, he might even have a girlfriend allready! I dont know what to do, my friend says go for it, but I'm just so scared that he will say no. Please help, I really need advice!

I mean....the easiest thing to do would be just to go ask him if he has a girlfriend, and if he doesn't, ask him out...but I don't necessarily recommend it
Because if he does have a girlfriend, it'll make things a little awkward. And if he doesn't, he'll think that you like him, and if he likes you--cool, but if he doesn't ---uh oh. It just depends on how much self-confidence you have i guess.

at this age, talking to him about it can be creepy. Get some info from his friends about you. Next WRITE AN EMAIL. This is very important to right? Giving a note could ruin your social life and sometimes talking face to face is embarassing. Email is good.
