I remember there was one, that ppl in this certain part natzis"??? i'm not sure, but there is this cancer you could die from, from being TOO EXPOSED to the bombs, missles, nuclear, activity.

Leukemia is frequent in people exposed to non-particle radiation. Usually occurs about 10 years after exposure.

Another radioactivity-specific cancer is thyroid cancer, That is because atomic bombs (or leakage from a breached nuclear reactor) produces a lot of iodine 135 (radioactive) which tends to concentrate in the thyroid. You can also check documentation on children raised post-Tchernobyl incident for that.

There is also a raise in all kinds of cancers, but those are the most affected.

And is there really a way to be exposed that is not as bad as being TOO exposed? I'm going to agree with the rest of the above answers, I just wanted to point out that this wasn't a very well put-together question.

Radiation from nuclear fallout has the propensity to cause cancer in any organ of the human body and thus may result in anything from leukemia ,bone cancer ,breast cancer or melanoma.
