No. You are better off drinking lots of water after or with your alcoholic drinks.

Your liver needs water to process alcohol. If you don't take in enough water at the time you are drinking, your body will use up the water it has, and that can leave you dehydrated. That can make hangovers worse.

Only if you are in a swimming pool. The effects of alcohol are magnified when you are standing in water. Your body is cooled by the surrounding fluid creating an decrease in the capillary size of blood vessles while you are in the pool. When you exit the pool your body is exposed to evaporation which causes you to increase the blood flow to the rest of your body, including the brain. That is why you get a rush when you leave the pool.

NO! In fact it's a good idea to drink one glass of water after every alcoholic drink. It dilutes the effects, keeps you hydrated & there is less chance of a hangover.

Water does not have an effect on the amount of alcohol in your system. It can help prevent the main cause of a hangover, which is dehydration..

no, it actually combats the dehydrating effect of alcohol and helps avoid a headache the next day...however safest to drink moderately unless you want to see your liver shrink up and die.
