sit on the end of a hard chair put your legs up so you look like an L and pull them to you over and over

Perhaps you can use a couch or a bed ,if you lack floor space.

not on your bed!!!!!!! it will do you no good, woth your back or your stomach, find a wall, put your bum on the wall and your back on the floor, so your legs are up on the wall, split them, keep em straight, do frog, and do sit ups like that, both exercise for your legs and tum
