then.. let the updates download.. if it turns into a problem, press crtl+alt+del and find that process in the list. Once you see it, click on end process. That should solve the problem for a moment. I you dont want it ever to appear again, you have to deal with the startup windows config. for that, start/run/ you type there msconfig and press enter. Go to the startup tab and find the process, unmark it and done.
