I live in Michigan, and I would like to know where I can get my horse saddle totaly repaired.

Where are you in Michigan? I'm not familiar with many repair places, but I believe Tom's Western Store in Ovid does repairs (western and english).
ETA: Try inquiring at your local tack store. Most stores have a list of places they can refer you to.
