I known of some that likes the idea of lingering on a relationship.
It makes them feel like they are in control.
Sometimes it is to hurt the other more.
But on the reverse side, it could be a good thing.
They may have realized a mistake was made that needs corrected.
Or they feel there is unfinished business to take care of before closure.
Go with your heart tells you, but don't be manipulated.

I think so. If he is calling to find out how you are and what you have been up to, possibly even to hang out. It shows that he still wants to be friends and does care for you and your well being.

If a guy calls it means he is still thinking of you for some reason.
It could be that he cares about you, or it could be that he simply can't think of anyone else to call.

It depends why he is calling, does he want his stuff back or just checking up on you. Some guys have a hard time letting go completely. They don't want you but don't want anyone else to have you either. It just depends but yea maybe.

Of course it does! If he didn't care, he would have erased your number from his phonebook. Maybe he doesnt care in the same way he used to, but there's still something there.

He might care for you but doesn't mean he wants a relationship with you, you might just not be his type but maybe wants you as a friend or sex partner.
