I was looking at a xantrex controler meant primarily for photovoltaic input and they can accept a wide range of voltages so I would say maybe, check with the manufacturer. If you are willing to work hard you can generate significant output over shorter periods for a fit adult easily 350 watts for 1-2 hours. I wonder though what your bike generator will handle, I imagine very little, they are meant only to power a light ususaly. If you realy want to do this check out this site.

Solar cells produce a smoothly varying DC voltage of significant wattage..
A bicycle generator produces a wildly varying voltage with lots of spikes and very little wattage - on the order of 2 flashlight batteries. In fact, I would wonder if the basic operating losses of the controller are greater than the generator can produce.
