I guess he did. The kangaroo frog evolved from the red eye tree frog and that happened within the last 15 years.

No, of course not.
Extinction of anything is due to sin being introduced into the world through the sin of Adam and Eve. Everything was corrupted at the point and has deteriorated from that point on to now and beyond until the Lord Jesus Christ comes to restore everything.
Read the Bible from cover to cover as quickly as you can.

No they produce after their kind so if they go extinct they are gone. However, extinction is not as easy as one might think. God looks after His creation.
