me and my gf have been dating for almost 10 months. lately we've been arguing alot. she lives about 45 min away but we see each other just about everyday. alot of the time we argue about stupid stuff thats usually my fault. i dunno what to do. i know she loves me more than anything but somehow when i least expect it she starts to cry when we argue. i know shes tired of feeling like this and im tired of it too. but if we weren't together, i dont know what i would do. i'd rather try to fix it than to take a break. i go to church with her every sunday and im thinkin about talkin to the pastor tomorrow about maybe counseling us. does anyone have any better ideas?

Maybe try being alittle patient, and stop doing stupid little things to cause an argument. You should be able to sit down and talk to each other about your problems without fighting.Counseling is alittle premature since you to are only boyfriend and girlfriend, your not married that usually works for married people.Your only going through what most girls and guys go through, regular relationship ups and downs.Think about what you are going to say before you say it and maybe that might help before it becomes an argument.Sometimes people say things they don't mean before thinking about it,specially when it comes to someone they care about.Get together and really sit down and talk, no arguing.Ask her what she wants and tell her what you want. Good luck

the only one that can stop the arguments is you --- so just stop ---- dont argue --- find the problem and resolve it by talking --- and counselling will only help if you want it to help -- you can do more by being willing to talk than by listening to someone else (generally what would a religious leader know about relationship problems??? they are not usually even married)

u can talk to her. its better u know what she detest and why u guys keep arguing . in a relationship, arguing and fighting over petty things is very normal. but if it gets out of hand, talking to the other party is essential.plus, after u find whats wrong.. it'll bring u closer to one another.being open is also crucial.
