The way we breathe. that is the secret to good health.
By breathing correctly we take oxygen to all the parts of the body and exhale the carbon dioxide. The lungs get cleared . With Yoga we learn to sit erect and the spine is in the correct posture. The nerves emanating from the spine are not pressed.the blood flow is maintained well.
Yoga is the secret of success as it teaches a person concentration . with concentration we can think correctly.

I think, in your opinion, body-movements mean Meditation and yoga. But, it is not true. Meditation means focusing our attention at a particular place,it may be an idol of god, burning light of an oil lamp, chanting any mantra or fixing our sight in between our eye-brows. Our mind is always in the process of distraction. While practising meditation, we can control the movement of mind and gain mental strength to concentrate our gaze at a fixed point. By which we will take "BRAIN" (centre for all functions) in to our grip, so that body and mind will be under our command. when both are in our command no tension will disturb us. When mind is not perturbed, we enjoy mental peace. When we enjoy mental peace, we can avoid diseases like B.P, Diabetes and other physical and psychological ailments. Yoga is another practise to acquire astral powers. Yogi will start the process with yoga-Asana's (physical exercises) by which body resistance will be developed and then he go for meditation.

TIPS TO ACHIEVE SPACE
Nothing has to be done to achieve, experience or meet ‘God’. Only thing you have to do is to remain in a thoughtless position. Remain in that position for sometime, keeping the mind in still position completely. In that stillness of mind God can be experienced. Mind that, no figure should come to your thought. You will be filled with tranquility with the experience of that prime element – prime soul. This tranquility will not come from out side. It will come from you inside. You can say that it will come out of your inner feeling. It is the tranquil form of yourself. It is the tranquil form of yourself. It is not so easy to achieve thoughtless stage. For that practice is required in a lonely place. Your mind will not allow you to do so even if you force for it. You should be careful enough that you should not try to drive your mind away. Neither should you try to catch the thought as well. You do only one thing – try to look into your imagination closing your eyes. If anything comes to your imagination in that position, let it come. If nothing come to it then also it does not matter. Going to sleep in that position also doesn’t matter. The day will come, when you can remain in that position for hours. And your journey towards Samadhi becomes too possible

IT is the CONCENTRATION which makes yoga and meditation a hub of success.It increases the concentration power which gets increased by these exersises and when u concentrate on a thing to get that thing.

both are a medium to refine your body and mind. u can realize your real self and know your strength and weakness.it gives u an inner bliss and contentment in life.it makes u ready to face challenges and problems.it might seem an illusion until practised but once practised it will be heavenly.
try it only then u can realize its fruits.
