Sometimes when you start up the computer, the computer freezes on the windows screen and will not load. I have been doing a restore everytime this happens. Can someone tell me what is wrong. This is a newer computer.

If you mean you are using System Restore, it has the problem in it and should be clened out. I have seen this happen with viruses and they clean the virus out and the next day it is back because system restore has saved it with the files it holds back. If you can clean out system restore and get your computer working, then you won't have to reload it. Otherwise I fear you may have to reload the OS.
