Has anyone booked their boarding card on line with Jet 2 because I can't find out if there is a charge. You have to click on acceptance of terms and charges you can't view and then choose a seat which seems to me will be chargeable even though it is not extra legroom etc. So frustrating when you can see your boarding card ready for printing. I have been pleased with Jet 2 so far but am not going to commit to an unknown charge and will just have to join check in queue as usual.

Sorry, I never have but certainly would not accept terms and conditions if you can't read them. The contact us page does have some phone numbers available: http://www.jet2.com/Contact.aspx

if you have selected online check in with Jet 2 you MUST check in online and print off your boarding card this can be done 28 days before you travel. Failure to check in results in a £17.50 check in fee at the airport. Noticed other have mentioned www.checkinpal.com and I myself use them to take care of the online check in process. They send us our boarding cards too. Makes it so much easier for us as we are a family of 4 and cant afford to pay the check in fee at the Airport.
