Cheep HP= K&N air filter, larger exhaust, step hotter spark plug, higher octane gas. Not a lot of HP, but a little and some what noticeable.
Big HP=Big $.....how much HP can you afford?
Cams, intakes, calibrations to the ECM, mechanical timing profiles, turbos, superchargers, all kinds of fancy stuff.
My opinion, keep it stock and build some extra HP by allowing the engine to breathe as effeciently as possible. Thats a good air intake system, K&N makes a good one, and a good flowing exhaust, Borla makes a good one.
Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

how much do you have to spend? i'd say new intake manifold, and bigger exaust (only 1/4 to 1/2 in, cuz then you'll lose power after that). it would roughly cost you 1000 for it all.
